The professional undertakes to process the data provided by the Client in accordance with the applicable legal and regulatory provisions, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the GDPR).
The professional processes personal data of the Client, such as contact data, identification data, and financial data.
This data is collected for the following purposes:
- To enable the performance of service contracts and/or the supply of equipment;
- To manage the relationship with the Client;
- To ensure the follow-up of services provided;
- To enable invoicing;
- To develop the commercial relationship (marketing);
- To ensure the recovery of unpaid amounts;
- To manage any potential disputes.
The data is retained for the duration necessary to fulfill the aforementioned purposes or for the time required to allow the Company to comply with its legal obligations. The professional implements all necessary and reasonable technical and organizational measures to ensure a high level of security for the processed data and to protect it against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, as well as any other form of unlawful processing. Access to personal data is strictly limited to authorized employees of the professional who require it for the performance of their duties and who are subject to a strict confidentiality obligation. The collected data may be communicated to subcontractors of the professional where necessary for the performance of the services requested by the Client. The professional ensures that, in the context of performing their services, subcontractors process the Client’s personal data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation. Furthermore, the professional may be required to disclose the Client’s personal data in order to comply with a legal obligation or for the purpose of resolving disputes. The Client has the right to be informed, to access, rectify, and erase personal data concerning them, in accordance with the GDPR. The Client may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing or request the restriction thereof.
